From 2013 Nufactory engaged a partnership with the Google Cultural Insitute to catalog all the artworks produced during the Outdoor Festival editions. This permitted the creation of the Outdoor Project, an online platform which presents in the form of galleries, all the artworks and artistic installations that have been realized from 2010.
From 2014, which was the year of the V edition of the Festival that took place in the Ex Custom in San Lorenzo Neighborhood in Rome, it was possible to create a virtual tour of all the spaces and artworks made in it, thanks to Google’s technologies and operators. The same process was repeated in 2015 when the Outdoor festival moved in the Ex Guido Reni Barracks in Flaminio Neighborhood.
These virtual tours allow the user to move in and through the rooms and see all the artworks made by more than 30 artists in the last two editions of the festival, using the google Cardboards.
